The Grote Street experience, at your venue

Our broth travels in sealed urns and comes back to a rolling boil on site. Noodles are blanched to order, paper-thin rare beef is cooked in the bowl by the boiling broth — exactly the way it happens in the restaurant, every night.

Your guests pick their cut, their herbs, their heat. We handle the rest — staff, equipment, service and the clean-down afterwards.

One honest note: the stone bowls stay at Grote Street — they're a dine-in signature, and a good reason to visit us afterwards.

Questions we get a lot

How far ahead do I need to book?

Drop-off platters need 72 hours, buffets 5 days, and the phở station 10–14 days. For December and long weekends, earlier is safer — dates go first.

Where do you deliver?

Across metropolitan Adelaide. Delivery is included in your quote; venues beyond the metro area are quoted case by case — just ask.

Can you handle dietary requirements?

Yes — vegetarian and gluten-free-friendly options are available in every package. Tell us your needs in the booking form and we'll shape the menu around them.

What exactly does the $100 deposit do?

It takes your date off the market. It's credited in full against your final invoice, and if we can't cater your date for any reason, it's refunded in full. Payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never see your card details.

What if my numbers change?

Final guest numbers are confirmed 72 hours before your event. Per-person prices are shown at 100 guests; smaller events are quoted individually when we confirm your menu.
